             Benefits Advice Surgery at Bridport Disabled Carers and Friends Club (inc. Bridport Disabled Peoples Forum)  Age UK Dorchester and West Dorset District Council are working together to ensure that disabled residents and their carers are maximising their benefit entitlements Drop-in surgeries will operate on the second Tuesday in each month, between 9am and 12pm at Kings House, East Street Car Park, Bridport Next Surgery: 111h June 2013 For further information, please contact: Peter Bowditch on 01308 897364 Large council car park and public toilets available, with good access to Kings House   Benefits Advice Surgeries at Age Concern Bridport (an initiative by Dorset Welfare Benefits Partnership) Age Concern Bridport and Dorset County Council’s Welfare Benefits Team are working together to help older West Dorset residents to maximise their benefits entitlements. Surgeries will operate on the second Wednesday in each month, between 9.30am and 12.00 at Age Concern Bridport, and will be strictly by appointment. Portesham Surgery Patient Feedback Group - we need your help!Drs Baird, Fowler and Beale are looking for feedback on the service we provide you. Last year we established a "Feedback Group" of interested patients, who helped us to compile the survey questions and took part themselves in the survey. You can see last year's results by going to our website: www.porteshamsurgery.co.uk and clicking on the Patient Feedback Group button. We email Feedback Group members 3-4 times per year asking for ideas about questions to include in the survey, with the survey itself for you to complete, and with the report and action plan based on the survey results. We are particularly interested in having more representatives under the age of 54, as that section of our population was not so well represented in last year's survey. If you would like to be part of the feedback group this year, please email: portesham.feedback@gp-J81609.nhs.uk, telephone us on 01305 871468 or fill in a Feedback Group slip next time you are in the Surgery. We will be running this year's survey during February and all patients are invited to complete it online (via the link on our website) or request a paper copy from the surgery if you prefer.
