Band 1 - Private hire by residents, organisations or clubs

           within the Thorner's school catchment area.

 20% discount on bookings of 4 hours or more,

or on block bookings of 6 or more.

Band 2 - Private hire by individuals, organisations or clubs

outside the Thorner's school catchment area.

20% discount on bookings of 4 hours or more,

or on block bookings of 6 or more.

Session Times for Main Hall

Weekdays during School Term Time:

                   Morning:  09.30 -11.30                   Afternoon:  13.00 - 18.00             

                   Evening: 18.00 - 23.00   (Fri 24.00)

Weekdays during School holidays:

                   Morning:  08.00 - 13.00       Afternoon:  13.00 - 18.00   

                   Evening: 18.00 - 23.00   (Fri 24.00)

Weekends:

                   Morning:  08.00 - 13.00       Afternoon:  13.00 - 18.00   

                   Evening (Sat):  18.00 - 24.00

                                      (Sun): 18.00 - 23.00

Session Times for Meeting Room/Stage:

                   Morning:  08.00 - 13.00       Afternoon: 13.00 - 18.00

                   Evening:  18.00 -  23.00       Friday / Saturday 24.00

The kitchen can be used for preparation of tea/coffee/soft drinks at no charge.

Setting up and cleaning up to be carried out within the hire period.

A concessionary discount may be granted for local fund-raising events at the discretion of the LATCH management committee.

The hall is licensed for entertainment (music, film, dancing, discos etc.)

but NOT for the sale of alcohol.

If you are planning to sell alcohol at your event you must inform the Booking Clerk at the time of booking and apply for a Temporary Event Notice from WDDC costing £21. 

The hall can only have 12 Temporary Event Notices in a year.
